Project Management

We can help organisations to get projects up and running and manage initiatives that are already underway. This includes projects that the organisation is directly funding, as well as projects the organisation is externally funded and contracted to deliver.   

Examples of services we can offer include:

• Design of initiatives that help organisations to meet their goals
• Development of project plans
• Assistance to prepare applications for funding
• Project initiation – support to establish an initiative which may include handover to the organisation to self-manage
• Project execution and closing – implementation of a project along with the closing and evaluation of the project
• Delivery of one aspect of a larger project
• Provision of support services to an organisation to help them manage a project

Whilst we can support a wide range of projects, we are particularly interested in those that service the local Waitomo and King Country areas and which involve education, economic development, and community support services.
