Aotahi can provide a variety of services to support employment and career exposure. This includes employment placement services for government and any other organisation that aims to assist people into work, and career exposure and planning services.

This is an employment placement service for clients who have been referred through to us from the Ministry of Social Development (MSD). Through this service we work with clients to prepare for, find, and secure employment. This includes helping clients to overcome barriers that affect their ability to work as well as building skills in areas such as CV development, interview skills, and understanding employment agreements.
This initiative involves working with youth at all primary and secondary schools within the Waitomo District to help them navigate from school to study and/or employment. It aims to provide exposure to a wide range of career opportunities and pathways while also building skills that will assist rangatahi when entering study or the workforce.
